Requirements

  • Level 3 Children & Young People’s Workforce qualification is essential.
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and families is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
